Установка Русского языкового пакета:
После установки на ощупь (кто совсем не понимает английского) интуитивно нажимаем меню Пуск= находим=Панель управления=далее=Региональные языки=догадываемся нажать на ссылку=загрузить языковый пакет=будет окно с предложением как установить? Загузить с интернет сайта мелкософта или указать файл.
Жмём указываем на файл который прилагаеться. И ждём когда загрузиться языковый пакет. Потом обязательно прошвырнуться по всем остальным вкладкам связаные с языком и везде выбрать русский язык.
Перезагружаемся....и довольствуемся работой
